NEIL ANDERSON
Pastor

Neil is married to his fun-loving college sweetheart, Casey.  They have two kids, Bennett (4) and Mallory (2).  Neil has led Coast since 2006.  He is a graduate of Biola University and Talbot School of Theology.  Neil has served in a variety of church and missions contexts.  He is passionate about preaching the Word, cultivating community and empowering believers to serve the Lord with their God-given gifts and talents.

Doug is married to his stylish wife, Jen. Since 2009, Doug has led our music and worship ministries at Coast. He and Jen previously led our youth ministry program from 2007-2011. He is a two-time graduate of Azusa Pacific University.  Doug teaches sixth grade at Stoneybrooke Christian School in Ladera Ranch.  He is a people-person and natural leader.

Monica is married to her college sweetheart, Lloyd, who is an Elder at Coast.  They have four kids, Tori, Randy, Lexi and Brady.  Monica has served as Children's Director since 2004.  She is a graduate of Point Loma University and a former elementary school teacher at Stoneybrooke Christian School.  Monica has a big heart for children and cultivating spiritual growth in families.

CORY TOWNSEND
Youth Pastor

Cory became the Youth Pastor of The Trek in the summer of 2011. He previously served as a Ministry Intern at Coast, working in a variety of ministries, including youth, missions and administration. Cory is in his Senior year at Biola University, and will graduate in 2012 with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He has plans to continue graduate work in a local seminary. Cory is a student of God's Word, and has a heart for teaching young people to be Kingdom-minded learners and servants.

Colleen is married to her best friend, Ray.  They have three grown children and six grand-children, all of whom attend Coast.  Colleen is the daughter of a pastor, and has served in church and missions ministry for much of her life.  She is an exceptional vocalist and sings on our Worship team.  Colleen is a warm and caring presence in the church office, and graciously serves our ministry staff and pastor.

Kevin is married to his college sweetheart, Amy, who is our Awana Kids Director.  They have Two daughters, Marley and Charlotte.  Kevin is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College and works full-time for a video production company.  He has served in worship ministry since 2005 and took on IT duties in 2007.  He is our faithful 'behind the scenes' presence in worship and technical ministries at Coast.

MARY ANNE FISCHER
Seniors Director   

Mary Anne has served as our Seniors Director since 2007.  She loves ministering to our senior 'Coasters' group and is lovingly attentive to our homebound church members.  Mary Anne also serves in a variety of other capacities, including Awana cook, Worship team pianist and occasionally teaching in Women's Bible study.  She is a faithful example of a servant of the Lord.

WILL FRAKER
Junior High Director   

Will has served as our Junior High Director since 2008.  He loves people and is a great leader for our 6th-8th grade students.  Will is a Junior in the Pre-Med program at Biola University.  He is talented in video editing and loves producing short films for youth events. Will loves the kids he ministers to, and enjoys discussing the Bible and theology.
