NEIL ANDERSON
Pastor

Neil is married to his fun-loving college sweetheart, Casey.  They have two kids, Bennett (3) and Mallory (8 mos.).  Neil has led Coast since 2006.  He is a graduate of Biola University and Talbot School of Theology.  Neil has served in a variety of church and missions contexts.  He is passionate about preaching the Word, cultivating community and empowering believers to serve the Lord with their God-given gifts and talents.

Doug is married to his stylish wife, Jen, who works alongside Doug in our EPIC/TREK Youth Ministry programs.  Doug has served as our Youth Pastor since 2007, and recently became our Worship Director.  He is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University.  Doug teaches sixth grade at Stoneybrooke Christian School in Ladera Ranch.  He is a people-person and deeply cares for his youth, ministry volunteers and friends.

Monica is married to her college sweetheart, Lloyd, who is an Elder at Coast.  They have four kids, Tori (8), Randy (7), Lexi (5) and Brady (2).  Monica has served as Children's Director since 2004.  She is a graduate of Point Loma University and a former elementary school teacher at Stoneybrooke Christian School.  Monica has a big heart for children and cultivating spiritual growth in families.

Kevin is married to his college sweetheart, Amy, who is our Awana Kids Director.  They have one daughter, Marley (2).  Kevin is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College and works full-time for a video production company.  He has served in worship ministry since 2005 and took on IT duties in 2007.  He is our faithful 'behind the scenes' presence in worship and technical ministries at Coast.

Colleen is married to her best friend, Ray.  They have three grown children and six grand-children, all of whom attend Coast.  Colleen is the daughter of a pastor, and has served in church and missions ministry for much of her life.  She is an exceptional vocalist and sings on our Worship team.  Colleen is a warm and caring presence in the church office, and graciously serves our ministry staff and pastor.

Robbin has served as our Administrative Assistant since 2007.  She is a loving and friendly presence in our church office, always willing to assist our ministry staff and church family.  Robbin also serves as a volunteer in our EPIC High School program and has become involved in short-term missions work at an orphanage in Haiti.  She has a love for children and serving others.

MARY ANNE FISCHER
Seniors Director   

Mary Anne has served as our Seniors Director since 2007.  She loves ministering to our senior 'Coasters' group and is lovingly attentive to our homebound church members.  Mary Anne also serves in a variety of other capacities, including Awana cook, Worship team pianist and occasionally teaching in Women's Bible study.  She is a faithful example of a servant of the Lord.

WILL FRAKER
Junior High Director   

Will has served as our TREK Junior High Director since 2008.  He loves people and is a great leader for our 6th-8th grade students.  Will is nearing graduation from Saddleback College, and is anticipating acceptance into a pre-med program in Southern California.  He is talented in video editing and loves producing short films for youth events.
